Merry Christmas!

merrychristmas2015

I raise my cup of coffee towards you & the ocean as the sun shyly peeks rays over the hills behind me this morning. Standing next to our twinkling Christmas tree, I’m sending a toast out to you, blog-reader, to say Merry Christmas – to you and your family, and your friends, and even your pets. Thank you for visiting this page, where I express my tangly ball of yarn thoughts, share my hit-or-miss art-making, percolate my ideas, paste links to artists I’m inspired by, spew about my successes and challenges, and post every flavor of behind-the-scenes-art-studio-selfies through photos, videos and words.

Your visits to this blog, and your comments and encouragement, and shares & likes & follows on social media are the maple syrup on my french toast. Your efforts to come and and hello keep me company on this journey, and you keep my art supplies moving. I’m so very grateful.

Merry Christmas to you. Here’s to our effusively creative output in the New Year!

~Belinda

Art Quote
When I say it’s you I like, I’m talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.
